Victoria Whale Watching Seacoast/Orca or Eagle Wing?

I know Victoria is not in Alaska, but since it is on most Alaskan cruise itinerarys... I am looking at Seacoast and Eagle Wing. Does anyone have any experience with either company? I think I would prefer a non zodiac, but I don't want anything too large either. Seacoast/Orca offers a 48 passenger boat that is both covered and uncovered, but my concern is that it'll be too crowded and I won't get great photo opps.

I can recommend 2 that you didn't mention. We had booked with 5 Star Whale Watch for a 10:00am tour but our ship was late getting in and we missed our tour by 10 min. There were others from our ship who also missed the tour and this company was so nice and they hooked us up with Prince of Whales for a 12:00 tour that was wonderful! I think they both had similar boats and zodiacs, but we took the boats and they were not crowded and we saw lots of Orcas. :)
