Crown and Anchor Changes

Recommended Posts

Has anyone noticed that if one is a Crown and Anchor member, that some of the benefits have changed?

I checked the royal caribbean website lately as I was curious to know what benefits I could look forward to this December and found out, they don't offer the wine tasting anymore.

Does anyone know about any other changes?

This was a hot topic a month or so ago. There are plenty of changes and some people couldnt care less and some feel like they were beat with a club and felt RCI doesnt care that they are return customers. Do a search and Im sure you will find plenty of answers to yoru questions. There were some very heated discussions.

Another change is that you no longer get into Johnny Rockets for free. There was a coupon that took care of the $4.95 admission charge per person to get into Johnny Rockets. Now; they give you a coupon to buy one milk shake and get on free in J.R.

P.S. I am also from Baltimore. I live about 5 miles from the port where the cruise ships dock. Have sailed out of there 3 times so far.

Charles.

Ever since RCCL changed the CRAP AND ANCHOR Society benefits (we are Diamond) I cancelled my Liberty cruise in a D1 this past July and went to Paris instead. Also, mom and dad opted to go Princess 10 day Panama Canal cruise instead of RCCL. Enjoy your CRAP AND ANCHOR benefits! We are no longer loyal to royal.

RCL went from being our cruisline of choice to just one of many we now cruise. I was disappointed in all the changes RCL has done in the past year. You can cut so much to where it finally shows through and that is where we are at with RCL. Love their ships and the staff is top notch.

I am convinced that the RCL leadership must of taken a training course on how to piss off your repeat customer because almost everything they have done has been a take away or a cut that it no longer reseamble the cruise line I enjoyed so much.
