If this is your first Disney cruise then the first 3 nights you should be experiencing the 3 different restaurants and you probably dont want ot miss that. You will repeat them but the first time in AP is when the walls turn colors and such which is a fun experience.

Then if you want to do Pirate party you wont want to book it that night.

Not sure but i think thats the same day your at St. Thomas.

So if it were me I would pick the last night.

Or book a brunch with Palos if you cant decide on which night to pick.

True it is less formal but we think the food is better than the dinner although the dinner is great. Brunch is always on a sea day.

It's your decision.

Have a Magical cruise!!

I just came back from the 4 night cruise - wish I could have tried Palo's, but no available space. I thought the food was pretty tasteless .. so IMHO - any night at Palo's would be better. I really was very disappointed in the food quality, and surprised at how much less they had and how their buffets close down for hours... I guess that is the way Disney makes even more money. :( Very much looking forward to my next cruise - on the Princess! :) I know it will be wonderful!
