familycruzer Posted August 19, 2009 #1 Share Posted August 19, 2009 Are there any hotels in the Fort Lauderdale beach area that allow free parking while staying at the hotel? The ones I have found so far charge a daily fee or valet service. My cruise leave from Miami on Sunday July 11 and I think we are flying into FLL on the 10th. Cant decide where we want to stay, if we want a car for the day, or when or how we want to get to POM on the 11th.

I know the courtyard is 26 bucks a day, not sure about the Marriott Harbor beach or the Beach Place marriott time share... Otherwise.....try SAS transportation or Quality Limo www.ridesas.com www.qualitylimoservice.com you can get around lauderdale (to the good stuff) by water taxi or sun trolley www.suntrolley.com www.watertaxi.com HTH have fun! meg

We used it before Enchantment to get around. We are leaning towards flying into FLL and staying there the night instead of Miami. My son wants to see the Oasis in port on Saturday and wants to be at John U Lloyd state park when she leaves port which is why I need a car. But there are no motels that I would feel comfortable recommending. Check trip-advisor for these.

sandrac213 Posted August 21, 2009 #6 Share Posted August 21, 2009 FamilyCruiser, The Lago Mar is right on the beach of Fort Lauderdale and includes complimentary parking. I've stayed there twice and will be staying there again this January for 3 days. They give you a pass for your vehicle at check in and you just put it on your dash and park right there. Sandy Hello, Can you tell me if parking is complimentary the entire time you go on the cruise if you stay for a precruise at Lago Mar? Also, is the parking outside or in a garage? Thanks so much. Did you like the Lago Mar?
