Join The Bird for another cruise on NCL’s newest and first-in-class Norwegian Prima. This time, The Bird is on a 7-night cruise to the Western Caribbean out of Miami. The Norwegian Prima is the first of six Prima Class ships delivering from 2022 to 2027. The Fincantieri shipyard, near Venice, Italy, began construction of the Prima on December 9, 2019. NCL took delivery of this next-generation ship on July 29, 2022 and godmother Katy Perry christened the ship on August 27, 2022 in Reykjavík, Icel
Designed by Miami-based Bermello, Ajamil & Partners, the Pearl of Miami is NCL’s purpose-built terminal to handle their largest ships. It was inspired by the Fibonacci Nautilus and cost an estimated $240M.
