Live from Constellation January 13-23, 2023
I always appreciate a bit of background from the author of any review as it helps me form better frame of reference. Here goes:-
Background: I'm a fully retired Gen Xer. I started cruising in 1987 and the first 5 cruises were on lines that eventually went bankrupt (Regency, Commodore, and Dolphin).These ships were all in the 20,000 GT range so I do have a historic love for the little gals. Let’s get these buffet pictures out of the way.
I skipped lunch and dinner so I was hungry tonight. I actually tried the chicken pot pie and it was disgusting. Super dry and there was one pea in the entire dish. One. Not a single other vegetable. Of course that could have just been the dish I selected.
The veggies and cucumber salad were super yummy. I ended up going back for pasta with just garlic and hot pepper flakes. It hit the spot but I crave a good stir fry. I might
