Food I know food quality is very subjective and something I thought was good the person at the table next to me may find it terrible.  That said, I thought food quality across the ship was pretty good.  There were a few misses and one item that was completely unacceptable but most items were good to excellent.     Where NCL really falls behind is the availability of included food.  There were times when the only option on the ship was light snacks in the Observation Lounge.  We ca
