Paddleboard

I would like to try out their paddle board while on the ship. I have never done this. Is it harder in the ocean rather than a lake? I found kayaking was a challenge in the ocean due to the currents.

Has anyone tried it while on the PG? How many do they have?

Thanks.

The opportunity to paddleboard is limited. During our 10 day cruise last Sept it was only offered twice - once in Bora Bora and then in Moorea, always in the afternoon around 2 pm. My wife did use the paddleboard in Moorea. The dive crew were very helpful. I think only 1 board and 1 kayak (at least that is all they had out). I will say that the wind and current caught her and she was quite a ways from the boat quickly. She did paddle back after about 15 minutes, but they also had the zodiac boat ready to go help her if needed. She loved it but it was a good workout. Hope you have a great trip.
