Explorer menus and formal nights

Hi -

We have a meet and mingle thread for those going on the Explorer on April 3, 2005. We are all wondering when the formal nights are for the Eastern Caribbean route. Does anyone know the answer to that?

Also, I've found menus from the Explorer that are several years old. Does anyone know if there are more recent menus posted anywhere?

The formal nights are on your at-sea days. They are on Monday and Friday. Sorry, I can't help with the menus. Our luggage space was taken up with our massive liquor purchases, and the Compasses wouldn't fit....

I wasn't thinking about all the ships having the same menu. I'll have to go back to CruiseClues and look at the other ships to see if there are any more recent menus than I found for Explorer.
