beachbum2b Posted March 20, 2015 #1 Share Posted March 20, 2015 We will be in Rhodes in the end of June for a full day (8am-11pm) and have rented a car. Originally I had planned on driving to Lindos, then hitting St Paul's bay and driving back to Rhodes and exploring. Now I am thinking, as this is our first trip, I might not have allowed enough time for Rhodes town. I am really interested in spending some time at the beach and Old Rhodes town. Do we really need a car? If not, which beach should we visit. Anthony Quinn bay looks interesting, and closer. But not sure a taxi would be much cheaper than our rental car. Thanks for any advice. UKBayern Posted March 29, 2015 #2 Share Posted March 29, 2015 There are nice beaches in Rhodos town, on the tip of the bay near the aquarium. You can walk there.
moviefan2010 Posted April 1, 2015 #3 Share Posted April 1, 2015 Allow at least five hours to wander around the Rhodes old town and perhaps eight hours. Sent using the Cruise Critic forums app
