Paradise Village Beach Resort-Puerto Vallarta

We are considering going to the Paradise Village Beach Resort in P.V. I'm interested in others' comments about this Resort. It looks awesome online, but you can't believe everything you read/see on the internet. :)

I'm concerned, however, about Celebrity stating "To fully participate may require extended periods of walking over even or uneven surfaces, steep terrain and/or water activity in a slight current. There may be steps, inclines, cobblestone surfaces, and extended periods of standing." Since my husband and I both have difficulty with uneven surfaces, steep terrain, steps and cobblestone surfaces, I'm wondering if this beach excursion isn't a good fit for us.

Any information from my fellow cruisers is welcome.

P.S. Please don't flame us for doing a ship-sponsored shore excursion to the beach. This will be our 25th cruise; there are times and places we are more comfortable taking a ship-sponsored excursion than going off on our own. This is no reflection on Puerto Vallarta.
