Stand up paddle boarding ?

Hi there,

 

I wanted to know if there were any tour guides that offered stand up paddle boarding tours with instruction? We have never done SUP before so I'm not comfortable just renting one. I did find a group on viator but transportation from the Cruise ship was not included. Has anyone done something like this? How much will a taxi cost approximately? Are they safe? This is our first cruise so it's all very new for us so maybe asking if taxis are safe is a silly question lol.
