Where will Allure Diamond Lounge Be After Drydock?

Recently on enhanced Oasis with new Concierge Room for Pinnacle and Suite only. We were in a suite so we had access to the new lounge on deck 17. It was very nice. We are thinking of doing the Allure in May after drydock. We are D+ however the dates we are looking at have no suites left. My questions is without being in a suite, will we still have access to Concierge lounge or is that changing just as Oasis has only allowing Suite and Pinnacle guests in? Also if it is changing any idea after drydock what deck will the Diamond lounge be?
