Cayman may introduce Daylight Savings Time starting in 2016

As a part of his speech today covering the upcoming budget year (fiscal 2015-2016) Cayman Premier Alden McLaughlin stated government is looking to implement Daylight Savings Time starting in March 2016.

 

“After careful consideration, Madam Speaker, Government has agreed to move forward with legislation to implement Daylight Saving Time,” the premier told the Legislative Assembly on Friday (15 May){2105}.
