Aruba questions

We will be there in November for the day from 8 to 4 we would like to do things on our own go see the sites lighthouse and bridge and go to some of the eagle beach should we rent a car or could we do this all through the bus

What is the best beach for us to go to to snorkel and do any of the places rent snorkel equipment

We were also considering if we did an excursion the catamaran snorkel excursion through carnival however it does not list what time it starts or finishes and we were not sure if it would leave us time to do any exploring
