Copenhagen embarkation port Frihaven #245

We are going to board (?) the Emerald Princess at the Frihaven Terminal around 1 PM. we plan to leave our hotel at Helgoland Gade, Hebron, by foot, walk around a bit, maybe get some lunch around Nyhaven and get to our ship.

Is this practical? Is the port terminal easy to reach, walkable?

Have you tried to look at a map, I´m guessing that it is a good 1- 1,5 hour walk from Helgolandsgade to Orientkaj.

It takes aprox 30-40 minutes to walk to Nyhavn, just follow Strøget when you reach the town hall square.

Bus 26 will get you from Trommesalen to Kongens Nytorv near Nyhavn in 15 minutes or so.

If its not a weekend you can take bus 26 all the way to the freeport terminal.

If you have luggage it is not very practical. You can easily get the train from the central station to Nordhaven. It is a short walk to the dock from there.
