Hair Braiding in Port Area?

Does anyone know if hairbraiding is available in the immediate port area? My dd, age 9 is DYING to have her hair braided at our first stop. We'll be on the Norwegian Spirit next week, with a short time in port. I was wondering if it was worth looking for or waiting til later on in the cruise?

 

Any info would be appreciated!
