Suggestions for 3 island boat tour with shade?

I had skin cancer and my chance of getting it again is high so I tend to enjoy shade more than others :)

 

I see most of the speed boat tours offer just a small bimini shade top on their speedboats. I could make this work by covering up well but prefer a boat that offers a fair amount of shade and a restroom.

 

Any suggestions?
