Hubby and I did a carival cruise that stopped here in 2014 and did our own tour based on a recommendation we found on this board. We are now headed back with our kids. We think the tour of the ruins and salt flats might be too much for the kids interest so really just want to find a nice beach with food, chairs and drinks. I keep reading about walking to the beach. How much of a walk is needed to find a beach that fits the bill? Is there a particular place any one would recommend? If it makes a difference we have done our own things with the kids in port this is just the first time with them in progreesso.
