May 8, Infinity, San Francisco, when do I arrive at port?

Hello, for the San Francisco May 8, Infinity ship, when should I really get there? My travel agent said 1:30, for a 5 p.m. departure. However it looks like we should actually arrive much earlier, to get aboard & get to our room & get settled. Any hints? Help? Advice?
