rjg41 Posted April 2, 2004 #1 Share Posted April 2, 2004 The software controlling these boards appears to be in quite a mess. I must assume that InfoPop or their licensed software installer is responsible for the problems and has the responsibility to fix them. While I understand the complexity of these types of problems this has gone on way too long and is seriously impacting the effectiveness of these boards. I wonder if the folks at InfoPop or whomever realize what bad publicity this mess is. How can they allow this to go on so long? Many members here are business people and this is not looking good for InfoPop. If InfoPop is not responsible to fix the problem, InfoPop maybe should jump in because it is their name posted on this website as the software provider. To the administrators: Is there anything we as members can do to get someone's attention to get the problems fixed? Who should we let know we are not happy?
