FossilCruiser101 Posted June 3, 2016 #1 Share Posted June 3, 2016 My wife and I are going on a cruise out of San Juan in August on Carnival, we've been on a few cruises but never out of San Juan. We're spending a couple of nights in a hotel in old San Juan prior to the cruise. In the cruises we've taken before we either had a rental car or we were driving in to the cruiseport and parking, so this issue didn't arise. Out room check out time is 11 am, the cruise check in time starts at 2:30 p.m. We have had hotels hold our luggage when taking a late flight in the past, and some hotels don't keep it in a secured location, so we are hoping to do that only as a last resort. Is there any way to drop off the luggage with Carnival prior to the start of boarding, any other alternative, or should we just give up and accept that leaving it with the hotel is the only real option short of dragging the luggage around old San Juan for three and a half hours?
