Ft lauderdale Fl suite hotel recommendation???

Can anyone recommend a Suites hotel in Ft Lauderdale that has separate livingroom and bedroom. Reasonably wheelchair accessible IE has elevators and has or can get a shower chair of any kind. Also stores nearby and a restaurant or two within walking/rolling distance.

Last Oct. we stayed at the Hyatt place Ft. Lauderdale Airport-North. my group had a scooter and a manual w/c and six people. the rooms are large, the bedroom is seperated by a partition, tv in each room, sink/micro/fridge in LR. seperate vanity area, the bathroom was a little small but we were able to get a bath seat. they have a typical hotel breakfast. Next door is an Outback steakhouse, and across an empy lot is a shopping center with a few charming shops, an Italian restraunt and a large grocery store. It was only a few minutes to the port and clean with good prices. worked for us.
