Has anyone used Seattle Town Cars?

Has anyone used Seattle Town Cars? If so, how was their service? Would you recommend them?

We used them last June to get from SeaTac to the NCL pier. We have always taken the cruiseline trasportation in the past but decided to do something a little different. (And we either drive or rent a car most other places.) I guess my point is I really don't have anything to compare it to, but we were more than satified. They were there within 3-5 minutes after I called and we got to the pier in about 20-25 minutes. The cost was $35 plus tip.
