Buying Drink Pkg 2nd Day of Cruise-where & when?

So we would like to buy our drink packages starting the second day, since alcohol offerings are limited on embarkation day out of Galveston.

Where would we find the drink packages being offered on the 2nd day? And do they set up fairly early in the morning (might want a bloody mary!)

Probably a table set up on the Royal Promenade, but ask at any bar if you don't see it. Your Cruise Compass should show you the bar hours.

Ideally, I'd like to purchase at 12:01 am the next day, but might not be able to do that :p
