Having been told by a friend who has been on this cruise, decided to

book Alla Tours 2-day St.Petersburg Grand Tour while in port.

Apparently this company do an excellent job and the price is

reasonable compared with other companies.

i am also going on the 31 may cruise from leith and have been looking at several of the tour operators listed on trip advisor. All of the operators offer a better price per person the bigger the group going. Have you already booked are you interested in forming a group?

Yes, we have already booked with Alla Tours. However, if you are

interested in the St. Petersburg Grand Tour 2-day trip, it may be

possible to get a discount as the 'group' increases in size. Although

the company asks you to set up an account, no payment is

made until the 2nd day of the trip.

We have done the same for the 11th and 12 May. However friends who have done this cruise say that alla does a 5 city package which they highly recommend. At this stage alla can't offer it as not enough passengers from Marco Polo have applied. I am trying to drum up support, do you know of others who may be keen?

We are also on MP for Baltic, & have made enquiry re the above - if party size remains below 10 it will be really special. I'll follow up.
