I went back and looked at my pictures and I have one of somebody parasailing in 2011. I don't have any from our recent trip this year and I don't remember seeing it this year.

Yes, it was offered in 2013. Keep in mind it is subject to favorable weather conditions.

Thanks for the heads up. We are on the Liberty in a couple of weeks and had no idea on what to do.

The beach sounds a lot like Siesta Key Beach in Sarasota FL.
