Geelong to Ferry in Queenscliff

Our ship will be tendering in Geelong and we need transportation to Queenscliff to catch the ferry to Sorrento. Are there typically taxis readily available in Geelong when ships are in port? Our goal is to catch the 9:00 a.m. ferry. I understand that the travel time is approximately 32 minutes so we will be pressed for time. Any recommendations for a reliable taxi company that we could possibly book in advance? Are Uber services available in the area? Also, on our return trip, are taxis readily available in Queenscliff at the ferry terminal? Any information and guidance is greatly appreciated.
