What are Compass Rewards????

I have been seeing several posts' on Compass Rewards and am wondering what they are. We will be on our third NCL cruise next month and wondering if we qualify. We have sailed mostly Princess and with the amount of cruises you go on they reward you with different status's which allow you certain perks on your cruise. I am now an elite member which is the highest after 15 cruises and allowed perks. Is this the same for Compass Rewards?

The Compass Reward Program was a credit card program with BOA. You would earn 3% on normal purchases and 4% on NCL purchases.
