Do i have acces at this Beach ?

Hello. I was already 2 Times in Ocho Rios. And i'll be there again at November end of this Year. Now i found a Beach, not far away from the Reggae Beach (Left side from Reggae Beach ). Its's a little Cove, but i looks like it's a Private Bay.. Or is here someone who was already at this place ?
