has anyone used John Hancock Insurance

Has anyone used John Hancock Insurance? I was considering their silver plan or Travel Guard Gold that everyone seems to like. The John Hancock plan seems to have better coverage but never having purchased trip insurance maybe I am missing something? We are young and healthy but need primary medical and 'what if' peace of mind for accidents. Also in case of missed connections etc. Thanks

I have bought it, but so far haven't used it (and the two cruises I bought it for are .5 and 1.5 years away. It seemed by far the best and cheapest on almost every count. A bit low on overall rating (96%) (where do these inflated ratings come from), but the underwriter is an A+ and been in biz for 5 decades.
