Seaview from Naples

Hi,

I am planning booking the Seaview from Naples on September 2018. Since I want to fly back and forth from Rome and arrive by train the the hour of embarkation and disembarkation is important.

When do I receive the tickets with the embarkation time? Is it possible to embark earlier due to having small children with me? The ship is due to arrive at 1pm to the port.

Regarding return, is it possible to leave about 1 hour after arrival to the port?
