Pan Pacific Accessibility

Good Afternoon, has anyone that uses a wheelchair/scooter stayed at the Pan Pacific Hotel on top of Canada Place? My parents and I will be taking a YVR round-trip next year on the Crown and are hoping to stay here. Please let me know your experiences. Thanks!

I haven't stayed there but I live in Vancouver and have been to many conferences at the attached convention centre. The entire facility is accessible. I have also taken a cruise from there as well and you shouldn't have any issues

We stayed there two years ago with our daughter who is in a wheelchair. It is accessible. It is only an elevator ride down to the cruise terminal. There are also load of accessible taxis.
