Jamaican Blue Mountain Coffee Topping

This may seem like a silly question, but I bought two bottles of Hak Has Jamaican Blue Mountain Coffee Topping while shopping in Falmouth. I didn't notice when I purchased it, but now looking at it, it doesn't look like a liquid - it's sort of a gelatinous mass with a little liquid around the edges. It says it's an excellent topping for fruit salad or ice cream, or enjoy it with coffee cake or your favorite dessert. Has anyone ever bought this, and do you think this is normal? I'm really not sure WHY I bought it...it seemed like a good idea at the time. :D
