Best Horseback riding: Ocho Rios, George Town, Cozumel, Nassau?

We're taking the MSC Divina Caribbean trip to Ocho Rios, Jamaca, George Town Grand Cayman, Cozumel, Mexico, and Nassau, Bahamas. There are multiple different offering for horseback riding excursions. I would love any recommendations, since I can't afford to do all of them. I welcome non-cruiseline excursions too.
