Walking Distance from Ship to Excursions/Taxis

We'll be visiting Roatan soon on Vision of the Seas. None of us are as young or as physically fit as we'd like, and we need to conserve our energy. Can someone please tell me how far we can expect to walk from the ship to either RCI excursions or local drivers/guides such as Bodden or Rony? I assume from what I've read that we will dock at the Coxen Hole port.

Also, if we should decide just to go to the Cameo Factory, is it safe to pick up any taxi at the dock?

We were off the ship before the ship's excursions had set-up, so not sure where they assemble. Bodden has a kiosk on the dock, proabably 200 yards...flat & paved. I don't think Rony has port-access, but is able to meet his guests just outside the gate.
