Belfast port

We would like to do Belfast without a tour. Is this easy to do? Will be there early July on Princess Carribean.

Been there many times. Best way is to rent a car. Titanic museum, Northern Ireland Folk Museum, great pubs & pub food. Use GPS on your cell phone to get around.

No need to rent a car. The ships dock close to Belfast city centre, about 20 minutes walk or short taxi ride. The city centre is worth walking around and it's also the starting point for thrcity sightseeing buses. The Titanic museum is within walking distance from the city centre.

You should only consider a car if you're thinking of heading out of the city, e.g. up the Antrim coast road.

Hey, I am a local. You could get the HoHo which will take you to all the touristy places around Belfast if you are interested in the history.

Everything is also easy (and cheap) to do by taxi.
