Choice Air Bonus if rebooking

Celebrity's current offers include an air bonus for booking with Choice Air. I reserved a Choice Air flight when I booked a veranda on a Sept cruise. If I cancel my current veranda reservation and book a guarantee suite to take advantage of reduced prices, will I be able to get the air bonus for the flight I already booked? I originally booked the cruise and the airline reservation without any bonus offers applying. Thanks for any insights you can give me into the mysterious workings of bonus offers.
