oranah Posted January 31, 2013 #1 Share Posted January 31, 2013 We are due to board the Oceana and have been given a generous on-board credit allowance which, we were told, we coud use towards excursions, even if we booked them in advance. Having tried to do this, we are now told the policy has changed. We can book in advance, but have to pay separately by credit card. Surely, P & O should honour previous agreements, especially as they are printed clearly in the pre-cruise information booklet which we received onoy three weeks ago. FredChopin Posted January 31, 2013 #2 Share Posted January 31, 2013 Our precruise information booklet, which we have had for about three weeks for the Azura cruise on 7 March clearly talks about prepaying for excursions. This is disappointing because, like you, we have a generous amount of OBC because of compensation for various issues. We were not, however, prepared to wait to book them on board, so have had to pay. Never mind - We shall spend it if we have to drink champagne every night!
