Grand Cayman on Christmas Day

Since the port, and most shops and restaurants will be closed in Grand Cayman on Christmas Day, it looks like those of us not wishing to repeat Carnival's shore excursions will be on our own for the day. Many will stay on the ship, but for those who wish to hit the beach, will there be any public rest rooms available? Speaking for myself, I can hold off for food until returning to the ship & will carry my own bottled water, but am hoping there will be restrooms available. If anyone has the inside scoop as to which businesses will be in operation on Christmas Day along 7 Mile Beach, kindly advise.
