Independent Tours at Port

I recall reading (but it may have been another port) that at port there are usually independent tours offering services. Since we are in port from 2-10pm on a Tuesday, the Bounty Adventures sunset cruise is not available but would like to find something similar.

Am I correct about this?

You will find many vendors at the port offering a wide variety of tours. However, sunset cruises are very rare and the vendors are not "recruiting" at the port.

Thank you Isa65. Since we are in port from 2-10pm I am now thinking it be better to snorkel from a beach then shop close to ship but most of the snorkel beaches are a distance from port. I'm thinking taxi would be the way to go? Is it expensive to do so? Or would you recommend something else? Thanks again!~

Isa65 - we are wanting to do a snorkel trip to the Blue Room but are having a difficult time finding a tour operator. Can you recommend anyone or know if we will be able to find someone at the port when we arrive?

Unfortunately I'm not allowed to name any vendor on this forum (I've been banned before for this).

If you're on the social network site - you can search for Curacao - Port of Call and there are vendors there to take you.
