VietNam Unique tours~anyone been on one?

I'm traveling on my own and have been checking into Vietnam Unique tours. I would go for 8-10 days and do a group over private tour. Anyone been on any of their tours and if yes, would you do a group or private if traveling on own? Do you recommend them?
