Just booked Epic

HI

I just booked the Apr 2017 Epic transatlantic as a solo. The rate for a balcony was a bit too good in my opinion to pass up especially with the beverage package included.

My question is: Do solos that are not in studios have any access to the resources to meet & mingle with other solos that are in studios with lounge access?

Thanks

Hi

I did the same cruise in 2014. We had an active group of solo travelers here on CruiseCritic. We even met the night before embarkation for dinner in Miami.

As the price dropped, I upgraded to a balcony cabin. I was not able to go into the studio lounge on my own. But for the meeting, they would let you in. I never went to one of this meetings, because I already met so many lovely CruiseCritics members. There was always someone who would go to the same restaurant, show, martini testing…

Try to be active on your roll call and meet some other solo traveler. If you know them, I am sure they will let you into the lounge any time.
