Room on Allure?

Recommended Posts

I'm somewhat new to the forums so apologies if this has already been posted excessively. My cruise on Allure was just booked today, and they only had one more room available for the category we wanted and number of people sailing. The problem is, is it's on deck 14 right below the H20 zone. I have heard this room is quite noisy during the day, but I don't mind since I'm hardly in my room during the day. Really I'm only in there to sleep and shower. My question is: How noisy will the room be at night/in the morning? Also, with being up so high, how much more will I be able to feel the movement of ship versus being on lower decks? I'm not prone to sea-sickness but I am a little bit worried being so high up. I have sailed Oasis class three times prior to this sailing and I was either on deck 6,7, or 8. All other cruises I have been on somewhat lower decks also, so I have never stayed that high up on a ship. TIA

We had a CL suite on deck 17/18 for a transatlantic and were fine with the movement of the ship. It was hardly noticeable for the couple of days when the waves kicked up. The rest of the time there was no movement so you should be fine on deck 14. As far as being under the H20 Zone, it might get loud during the day but at night you should be fine.

Enjoy your cruise!
