Grothj Posted April 11, 2015 #1 Share Posted April 11, 2015 We are looking at a 2016 cruise in Alaska on The Wonder. We have been offered rooms on deck 7 at the aft. These rooms have "white" balconies. Or Rooms on Deck 6 towards the aft but over the Theater. Does anyone have experience with either of the types of suites? moki'smommy Posted April 11, 2015 #2 Share Posted April 11, 2015 (edited) We've been in both areas. OK, the solid balcony means that you can't see out over the balcony while seated. You have a fine view while standing. There are a few cabins that book as cat 7 but have the plexiglass balcony with a slightly obstructed view--great bargain if you can get one. Sorry, just re-read post. Haven't been in 6 over BVT. I was thinking 6 forward over WDT. These cabins are not suites in the normal sense. They are standard cabins. We love the 5 aft and 7 aft locations. If you google Disney Wonder with the proposed cabin numbers, you'll get reports from people who have been in those specific cabins. However, I've often found the room reports to be inaccurate and have had far more noise from neighbors in "quiet" rooms than from any "noisy" room.
