Dinning

If I choose late dinning and one day I want to eat earlier. Can I still go to the main dinning room but at the earlier time?

No. The only dining option that allows you to go to the MDR whenever you want is Your Time Dining. On that one night, I suggest either hitting the buffet or go to the steakhouse.

If you are assigned to a table and time, you have to be there at that table and at that time. With that being said, you could always ask the day before you want to dine at a different time, if that table is available. With that being said, that chances are very slim. There are usually very few to no tables available at either sittings.
