Only One Day in Barbados

I have been reading through the posts for two days now and still don't know what to book. We are going to be in Barbados for one day (7 am - 4 pm). We would like to be sure to "see" the major sights of the island, but not necessarily go inside the churches, etc. We want to see Bathsheba and have some type of boat trip. We really do not want to hang out on a beach.

I can't seem to find the "perfect" tour, as we do not want to rent a car or do it on our own. Please, I would appreciate any suggestions.

We had an island tour with Carson Taxi Service 246-240-5339. We had an amazing 6 hour tour visiting Bathsheba, Animal Flower Cave where we had an amazing lunch overlooking the ocean while the whales jumped in the water. We then enjoyed the on site cave tour where we swam in the Mineral water. We stopped at many places throughout the tour for pictures, coconut bread, beer, rum punch, sugar cane and fed a wild green monkey some banana. We also stopped at a few beaches. The whole time Carson provided information on island history, points of interest and what island life is like. We had 9 people in our group and we were very comfortable in his air conditioned van. He showed up on time for our tour and he smiled throughout the day. Overall, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Carson.
