What to do after my excursion?

I think I am going to book an excursion for this port that lasts around 3.5 hours. After I am done, what is there to do? I have about 4 hours that I can fill. The excursion is a fortress and park tour, so, maybe a nearby (to the port) beach or something of that nature? Just hop in a cab, or what? Suggestions?

There is some shopping to do, but you could hop on a cab, I think the nearest beaches would be about 15 to 20 min away.
