Is a signature drink add on possible?

We are having the Let Us Serve You luncheon for about 50-60. We have to choose between wine and champagne. I personally don't feel that our guests would drink too much of either. I would be very interested in paying an upcharge to offer our guests a specialty drink as an option instead. Does anyone know if Carnival would do that? If not, I would want to upgrade whichever drink we choose to more than the house brand.

I honestly don't know. We did just the champagne and wine. The house brands weren't bad. I am certain they would upgrade from house brands. I also know our guests had the option of getting cocktails using a credit card before the ceremony.

Thank you for the response. When reading the contract, I was under the impression that we had to choose wine or champagne. I sent an email with this question and am just waiting to hear back. I don't want our guests to have to pay for anything.

If they say no I would want to at least upgrade to a champagne or wine we drink at home.

I was asked which drink that I am interested in and that they would check with the bar manager on the possibility. Also getting me the most up to date list of signature drink options.

I was told that it would be possible to swap out the wine for a signature drink. We would just have to pay a $75 bar fee. We have not decided if we are going to do it yet or not. I just wanted to pass on the information.
