New Years Eve in San Diego - anyplace quiet?

After all of the helpful info I have found on here reagrding a place to sleep/park before our cruise - I just realized I might want to consider which ones would be the nosiest or the most fun on New Year's Eve. My In-laws will want to sleep while my hubby and I would like to go out....We're looking into:

Best Western Bayside

Holiday Inn at San Diego Bayside

Holiday Inn at the Bay

Best Western Seven Seas

 

ANy thoughts or past experience?
